I noticed most dandruff shampoos have sulfate in the ingredients and i was told that fades color real quick. I was using head and shoulders and it said safe for colored hair, but the color faded really quick. What can i do?Is there a dandruff shampoo that is safe for colored hair?

How bad is your dandruff? Do you think your dandruff is being caused by the hair dyes you use? My moms doctor told me dying your hair is the same as drinking the chemicals. Think about it- the skin is the largest organ on your body. People put patches of chemicals on their skin to ingest medicine and absorb nicotine or birth control or all sorts of patches... If possible quit dying your hair and embrace the grey or love the color God gave you.
I think your best bet is to talk to a pharmacist or a hair stylist. They may be able to help you with this question since they will most likely have more knowledge about what is available and what works best.
I never had any problems with using head and shoulders with colored hair.
I use head %26amp; shoulder and have no complaint
