i'd say avoid the full concentrated stuff its very strong and will leave your hair really squeaky and dry, possibly try a little dab if your hair is really filthy!

i use a bar of soap on my hair. or, body wash gel, and if i don't have both of those, i really should go to the pharmacy and get some before i take a shower again
